Double Planetary Mixer

It requires minimum maintenance; our Double Planetary Mixer provides maximum mixing efficiency for a wide variety of applications. This mixer is widely chosen among customers for offering complete de-aeration of the finished products, faster homogenous dispersions, smoother finished products and contamination free materials. The close tolerances maintained between the mixing blades and tank wall, ensures proper mixing action and heat transfer throughout the product. The mixing action of the Vacuum Mixer creates maximum kneading action at low speeds. Planetary mixers, with two blade configurations sweep the wall of the vessel clockwise and rotate in opposite directions. The shear blades displace the material from the walls of the vessel and by their overlapping action the center carry the particles towards the agitator shafts, therefore producing a large field of shear forces.
