Design Highlights

Higher output rates and greater fineness through optimization of overall roller configuration. Our Triple Roll Mill is available with centrifugally compound cast rollers, hard surface of great depth, automatically controlled intensive cooling system, and dynamic hydraulic system with optimum setting facilities. This machine is light weight, requires minimum floor space for installation, and is widely accepted owing to its characteristic of easy operation and negligible maintenance.

Rollers: Centrifugally chill cast rollers, dynamically balanced, mounted on an inclined plane surface uniformly hardened to 600 HB (Brinell), to a depth of more than 15 mm.

Roller Cooling System: Rotary union provided.

Roller Adjustment: Our Triple Roll Mill contains dynamic hydraulic system with motorized pump, operating controls and indicators conveniently grouped on a front panel, on the in feed side preset working pressures

Operator Controls: 10" touch screen operator interface for setting, controlling and monitoring machine parameters. It is available with PLC control for optimizing mill efficiency and functionality and closed loop pressure and roll temperature systems for maximum repeatability.

Safety Device: This machine offers hydraulic overload protection to prevent roller damage; emergency cutout switch; and finger guard as protective cover over the gap, when cleaning
splash guards.
