We have extensive experience in manufacturing High Speed Disperser of world class quality with proven performance records of handling products of varied density and viscosity upto 20,000 cps. MIKRONS® High Speed Disperser is used for high shear mixing and dispersion of products such as inks, paints, coatings, adhesives, sealants, various dispersions, and similar products of low to medium viscosity.
Our Disperser is a compact mechanical machine which consists of a hexagonal column, drive body and working shaft with toothed disc. The shaft, disc and disc fixing parts are made of SS 304. The column together with shaft & disc are lifted with hydraulic system to enable easy movement of the process vessel from under the mixer.
MIKRONS dissolver is available in various models starting from laboratory size of 5 litres volume to very large production size of 10,000 litres volume. Visit www.disperser.in

Twin Shaft Mixer:MIKRONS® Dual Shaft Dispersers are mixers that will disperse pastes far too heavy for single shaft. The Twin Shaft mixer is a two machine in one, combining the dispersing action of a high speed disc impeller with the high shear action and slow speed anchor/butterfly impeller for heavy duty mixing.
High Shear MixerOur company has expertise in manufacturing of a comprehensive range of high quality, long lasting, and efficient High Shear Mixer. We provide High Shear Mixer in various types ranging from Single Stage Rotor Stator Type to Ultra High Shear Mixers. All Rotor/Stator Mixers are comprised of a rotor that turns at high speed within a stationary stator. In a “Single-Stage” unit, the rotor includes a single set of four blades. As the rotating blades pass each opening in the stator, they mechanically shear particles and droplets, and expel material at high velocity into the surrounding mix, creating intense hydraulic shear.
